A note about our unusual income and expenditure this year:
This is the first set of accounts for the new charity/CIO - and although they span Jan 22-Mar 23, we only started trading as the CIO on 13th July 2023 due to the time it took to set up bank accounts and then transfer the assets from the old charity. The income for this period represents 8.5 months and therefore significantly under-represenets the actual amount we received for the Year Apr-22-Mar-23, a large portion of which we received for the full year in April 2022. Our income across the year Apr22-Mar23 was £277,566; and our expenditure £251,986.
